Medication Management
Your current medication list may be obtained from your pharmacy or family physician's office. Any treatment plan is discussed with you to ensure informed consent.
At the time of your appointment, it is agreed whether your psychiatrist or family physician will take responsibility for prescribing and ongoing management.
Prescription Refills
If Dr. Udo is your prescriber, refills are typically addressed during scheduled appointments. Pharmacies may also send automatic refill requests.
Medication Side Effects
Dr. Udo is committed to minimizing side effects. Discuss any side effects openly during appointments.
Running Out of Medication
Contact your pharmacy and ask them to send a refill request to your prescribing clinician.
Cost Concerns
If cost is a barrier, please tell us. Alternatives or generics may be possible.
