How scheduling, follow-up, cancellations, and telehealth work at the clinic.

Scheduling initial appointments

Initial appointments are arranged by reception after referral review. Scheduling is typically completed by telephone.

Follow-up appointments

Where possible, follow-up dates are arranged during your visit. Otherwise, reception will contact you by phone with appointment details.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Appointments can be canceled by telephone.

Missed appointment fees

Fees differ for missed initial vs. follow-up appointments and are reviewed periodically. Please contact reception for current fee details.

Telehealth options

Initial appointments must be conducted in person or via secure virtual care platform — first assessments are not completed by telephone, in line with current Ontario Ministry of Health guidance.

Follow-up appointments may be in person, by telephone, or through secure virtual care where appropriate.

For urgent issues that cannot wait, contact reception. For emergencies, dial 911 or attend the nearest emergency department.
